Hi everyone! I have a question about annual reviews/raises - what (if anything) should I expect as an annual raise increase, if I were offered one? My last agency only gave “raises” with promotions (and they were significant), so I don’t know how to evaluate/negotiate the raise that could be offered if it’s low (like 2-5%). Since I'd attended an interview long back i was surprised to receive this call and HR informed me that I'll be having a HR round and the day comes i joined the call ( literally they didn't even ask a single HR question and it was completely about TR) when I reached out to HR . I was told this was a TR + MR
