Can someone provide me some insights into the Senior Solutions Developers roles at Amazon AWS? What are expected TC range for remote positions with 10+ years of experience? What kind of questions should I expect during the first technical interview(90 minutes)? Specially for the coding part(20-30 mins) what level of LC questions do I need to prepare for? I already got some ideas about System Design and LP parts however there is not any info out there regarding the coding part for this position.

Of the Primes (RT, LM, Boeing, GD, NG, etc.) Raytheon has the most years in seat focus. Longer promotion timelines, military mindset, etc. If you are set on A&D try elsewhere

Thanks for the insight!

Raytheon in Boston Raytheon, or former UTC Raytheon in Farmington Raytheon?
Coach
The former
The UTC merger is interesting from a number of perspectives. For legacy RTN, their reputation was always as a player willing to undercut bids, be very aggressive, and use similar tactics. Not sure how that will change with the merger
Interviewed for Corp dev there several years ago. It’s low paying but very interesting work that ultimately leads to leadership roles within a business unit. Also, the merged entity is called Raytheon, but the Corp dev team is mostly legacy UTC since UTC was much more acquisitive.
Speak with the Parthenon team running transaction execution there. They work directly with Corp dev.
