Seeking some networking advice. Slightly more than a year ago I was connected with a partner at McK. After the awkward song& dance (they knew why I was “networking”), they forwarded my resume to partners in the space I was looking for (HC/LS, as I’m currently in HC). No picture or sound since then. In the year that has passed, I made a good lateral move, got promoted, and obtained professional certs. So my question is: do I reach out again? Is the door to McK closed? What’s the best next step?

How did those of you with motion sickness issues get over them? Will be interning at a firm this summer, and although my motion sickness on planes and cars isn’t terrible, it’s definitely uncomfortable if I’m on a plane or in the backseat of a car and looking at a screen.

Is there anything I can do to get over it besides taking medication? Would prefer not to have to take medication every day or every week.
