Deloitte I have been on my current project since September 2020, and am feeling some burn out. My current contract ends at the end of this month. I am considering sitting on the bench for some weeks, maybe a month to rest. Is that pushing it? How long is too long? My utilization rate is currently in the 90ish range.

What is an assurance guy doing in the consulting fishbowl...
Kudos OP, proves that if you want something bad enough you can make it happen. Im not a body builder, nor will I ever be, but I stay in shape and know the commitment and sacrifice it takes. Alright, back to my wine...🍷
Kind of. Still very new to the gym compared to many others and have a long way to go, but I train bodybuilding style and love it so far. Really didn't expect to since I'm a really short girl but it gives an incredible sense of achievement
There was a guy a few months ago asking about how to take juice on a plane...
Yeah you go girl! Kudos to you for breaking the mold and actually lifting weights, little do the others know that this is the most efficient way to stay in shape haha
Competed in bikini - turned pro in natural. took a year off to make some improvements and of course bc work took over but I'm pretty much addicted
I lift heavy on the weekends (chest, legs, back). Smaller body parts during the week at hotel gyms (think biceps, shoulders, triceps etc) . For food I got out with the team but never eat carbs and just stick to steak and asparagus. Chicken breast salad for lunch and as much protein in all other meals. I would prep my meals and ask for a fridge at hotel if I was competing; I'm nationally qualified men's physique.
@Accenture2 pretty sure you're wrong since I work here and travel 100% of the time haha. Not really wanting to say, but I've no reason to lie man
I love seeing these "passion posts" btw. No one is b!ching, we're just chatting about things we care about, are interested in, and/or that influence how we act. Maybe it's protein, maybe it's watches, maybe it's shoes...everyone has their thing.
I'm already attracted to Accenture 1
It's really not that hard to work out on the road. Rent a car for the group and find a golds or la fitness near by. Pack your supplements and make smart decisions with most meals.
@PwC 💁😏
Me!!
My nuts
OP, what's your routine and how do you maintain on the road? Any compromise for drinks with coworkers or is it a strict, "I can't, I have to lift" for all situations?
Cus there are consultants in assurance too bro
@OP what type at Pwc? Pretty sure it's all auditors unless you're IT Audit
Glad to know there are others out there.. My teams on my projects are always shocked that I meal prep and travel wth my meals... I count my calories and macros too.
OP, what macro ratios do you do? I noticed you said you don't eat carbs.. Even at bulking phase?
Juice is for idiots. While I bulk I do 200P300C100F around 3000kcal, if I'm cutting or staying lean I do 260P 30F and stay away from carbs. And I don't not eat carbs, I just strategically choose when to eat them and what kind
