I am currently on h1b since october 2015. I am coming up for extension. I joined EY in june 2017. EY initiated the transfer and I joined on receipt number. Now, my fiancee has joined EY and she is an Australian citizen on OPT. We plan to get married in December in India. Can someone help me understand how to go about this?
