Don’t think its an extro/introvert thing… it’s all about empathy. Try to develop an instinct for understanding the pov of others. Then use it to your advantage in getting clients to trust you ;)

I went thru this when I started as an analyst. You need to take interests you have and try to connect on them with others. Sometimes it might involve getting into new ones, like watching football :)
