Any other lgbt women in this group? I did the whole “move to nyc” thing on a whim and it worked out! I’m in my first year at a small firm, mid-town, decent pay. Would like to meet other attorneys in the lgbt community (even virtually) but idk how to go about that. Was just navigating making new friends when the pandemic hit NYC hard.

From Googling, I’ve seen everything from ~$77k to ~$135k. With my ~6 years of experience, what would be a fair starting range for me to suggest?

I am working in audit for 6 years now and felt stuck recently. Audit feels like the most taken for granted service line with low salary and bad WLB. Thinking of shifting to advisory, but not sure what’s strand. Any advice? My main consideration is compensation (including bonus) and exit options.
