I hate rejecting interviewees. :( some of them are genuinely nice people and I think many of them have potentials, but just not the right fit for my team because of skill sets and experience level. I know there’s no perfect candidate and all but some are just not going to be the right hires. It’s ny first time hiring ppl so it feels very uncomfortable and guilty. And I think “hiring based on attitude” is very idealistic and not applicable in most real life scenarios

I always wanted to be in creative strategy and felt like my previous work and internships showed I had the chops for it. Never landed a role though. I really dislike media planning, any advice on finding a strategy role?
