Help me understand how budgeted hours are helpful when firm budgeted 4 hours for a brand new client and existing clients take 4-5 hours? Firms hope that staff will be efficient and let you know how long it actually takes and why it took longer than 4 hours, however what usually happens is that they either rush through it thinking 4 hours is the real budget and the work quality and learning experience will be terrible OR they will complete the work and eat hours to show 4 hours.

I am wondering if I can see what other brands say to influencers that they reject? In the program we use we either approve them or reject them. Once they are rejected they get an email saying that they are. I have tried googling a good nice way to reject an influencer but all I get is how an influencer should reject a brand.
