Has anyone in here lost a fairly significant amount of weight? Like more than 70 lbs?

Can you tell me about that experience if you have?
I have 80lbs to lose and I’m feeling overwhelmed. I just want to hear that real people have done it, especially working professionals who have busy lives.

I previously maxed out my traditional 401k
I have about 40k

Once I learned more about retirement, I then stopped contributing to traditional 401k and started maxing out my Roth 401k
I have about 60k

I have about 25k of matched contributions

This is where I get fuzzy
-Should I/can I call the broker to roll over my traditional 401k to my Roth 401k (or do I need to open a separate Roth IRA and have them roll it into this?)

-Should I/Can I move my matched contributions to my Roth 401K...cont

Has anyone found core work that is fun? Any equipment, classes, or novel exercises outside the norm that will get me to do it? I just can’t bring myself to do the normal core isolation, but I need the strength there.

Hi everyone, first fishbowl post here :) I’m currently 4W4D pregnant! I’m excited but also very anxious. I had a miscarriage first time I got pregnant last June and a chemical pregnancy in Jan. COBRA is hella expensive and I have prescriptions I’ll need to pay for so I need something. Is there legit no other option but to use COBRA in the interim?

I’ve been working as a mortgage professional for over 3 years now and have found it unfulfilling and draining, even with the industry where it’s currently at. Would returning to school to pursue an MBA or other masters degree afford me the opportunity to make a switch to PE? Have had a few friends in PE and some in consulting say the same. Currently making 180-220k a year as a MLO, but the work is stale and looking for a potential exit. Any advice?

A large part of my job involves building models or making reports that involve copying numbers from one document to another. Sometimes, if I get interrupted, I lose my train of thought and make mistakes in getting the right number. Nothing disastrous has happened, but I’m trying to figure out how to get better at not losing my train of thought when doing work that basically involves looking up numbers from various documents.
