Yesterday was my first day taking Adderall since college. I crashed really hard. Can anyone offer any advice on how to deal with the terrible crashes? I used to smoke a lot of weed in college, but not sure if that’s the best route to go now.

I gained over 25 pounds over lockdown, went for drinks with colleagues for the first time since March 2020, and the very next day I had other colleagues messaging me on teams and dropping remarks about how they are walking a lot these days to drop COVID weight. It might be a coincidence but probably not. Feels like my weight was discussed a lot behind my back as no one else in the group of people that went out had gained weight.

Where do you find the time to get everything done in the day when you have multiple partners, associates and equity partners that interrupt you and want things turned around immediately while simultaneously working on deadlines? I feel like I’m the only one that can’t manage a 70+ case load without letting someone down. I constantly have to say “Can I do this tomorrow?” Etc. I don’t even have time to bill on the clock. I work until 7p at least every night. Top 10 family law firm.
