I cleared the Interview for SDET in Oracle today in the Manager discussion, He asked about the Expectations and I told 25 lpa, He said we cant pay that much as Your current is 14.7.
I said I can be flexible and minimum i can go for is 22 Lpa as i have another offer of 25 but considering oracle brand value i am ready to go settle but he said I can't offer you this much and left the zoom call. So How much oracle is offering for SDET of 8 Years of Experience?

I have never come across as rude as tcs onboarding team HR. . Tata Consultancy They are literally incapable of handling of a crowd of 100 people and. I am surprised how they are planning to onboarding avg of 200 people on single day. They take individual's questions and start answering with statement like can't you understand I am not here for this purpose with very rude tone and in a crowd of more than 200 people. . Could Amazon please have a "ship by" date option? Would make gifting and certain other types of purchases easier.
Would love to be able to pick out something nice I've seen, schedule the shipment to arrive on a certain specific day out in the future (weeks or months ahead) and be done. This works for gifts, and also for certain purchases that you need occasionally but don't fall into the subscribe at regular intervals option currently listed.

I have a tech background and 12 years of experiencem I have always done both project and product management. I'm now switching jobs and have received two very good offers. One as senior technical project manager, one as senior product manager. Somehow I'm more attracted by the company that offered me the project management position, but the other company, offering a role in senior product management, pays way more.
