I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.
Recently I used parental insurance and found that the insurance company only paid for 50% of the total bill.

You’re growing a human; that’s your priority. If you’re not given a break given the circumstance, I’d advise you to seek alternative arrangements. Partner here FWIW. I hope PwC leadership supports you - make sure the right people are aware and please don’t push yourself too hard. It’s one of the few times in life you’re afforded a break.
My manager was pregnant and she mentioned her exhaustion was so bad that she could barely get out of her chair to lie down. I hope you feel better soon! Sending support ❤️❤️❤️
I had an iron deficiency and it got better when I supplemented. You might want to blood test just to rule something out.
Take your vitamins, eat better/more as the future consultant in your womb is doing his/her best to exceed all meal limits each and every day
Second iron test. I’ve had anemia a few times while working and it’s brutal. Brain fog, exhaustion, sleeping all weekend, etc. for weeks/months
