I don't see what is the point you are trying to make here without providing any basis for anything you said. Nor any details of your Area/YoE/Offer etc asked by others.
Are you just here to get validation for your choice?
It's just about to know people's views. Are they thinking the same or they want to add something here.
I know myself and I don't want any validation from anyone. And I am not more than a 3 year experienced guy.
Pooch raha hai ya bata raha hai?
Yep!That's my case..I started in a startup and it's been 5+ years with starting 1 yr as intern..It's true you get to build things from scratch and there are lot of opportunities to learn and master new tech stacks, becoming a leader at a very early stage is possible..Your visibility will be high..There will be no security risk about the job.,etc..
But but but
The working hours of huge.. sacrificing 3 out of 4 weekends in a month..You will be on a unwritten note that you should be available all the time
I am more thinking now about WLB and actually rephrasing the learning part
I wish I could be a part of MNC's where there will be people who are expert in my field..and I can learn some of the best practices from them. For me mostly here would be trail and error kind of learning, like i could solve the problem, but that would not be the right way.beacause people here are more focused on releases then quality of code
Not all startups are like this, it's my personal experience above
After 4.5 years as FTE i am now regretting the fact that i could have switched in 2 yrs of my experience, Still this is my personal exp

Agreed. Good thinking. Recently there was a post on linkedin by a ceo and founder where he said folks in early years shoild put in 18 hrs a day for 4 to 5 years..and that will set the foundation for future. 18 hrs was metaphorical to hard work but his word were taken literally and is being beaten.
It all depends on experience. May I know your YOE?
Looks like the Author got a 30+ offer for 1-2 yoe from a startup hence such dedication
What is your YOE?
People here are asking about my experience, but there is nothing to do with my experience. You will not judge yourself after knowing my YOE as all are having their own capacity to work. I can work for 5-6 years intensively as I will not be going to marry till that. For you, it may be more than 6 years or less than that. So, decide this by yourself for how many years you will be going to work for learning and for money.
