Hey all, 3rd party recruiter reached out to me about a job. We had interview which I think went well. I did not give my salary expectations, but the recruiter provided the hiring budget.

After sending resume, I am now being asked my current income. Seems expectation is ~20-25% comp increase when you change companies. Effectively it would be a promotion, but the budget would be significantly more than 25%.

Do I inflate my current comp? My wife said she had to find a paystub for her job.

I grabbed dinner with a friend during restaurant week (first time in ages!) and completely blacked out/fell on the floor waiting for dessert. Medics who arrived said my vitals were fine. The only thing I did differently was have a couple glasses of wine (first intake since NYE). Has this happened to you and do you know the cause? I’m getting a full physical with blood work.
