My employer’s insurance has an age limit to qualify for fertility treatments…I, unfortunately am over the age ceiling. However, one clause says (donor egg) embryo transfer allowed up to 55. So we tried submitting authorization for FET since I’ve my own embryos from prior to turning to 44 (the cap). Has anyone tried appealing insurance’s decision before? How did you go about it?

Pre-covid I was doing admin work, and recently moved to a consulting firm. Nobody knows what the new normal is going to be yet, but pre covid-19 were SF consultants traveling at the same rate as other consulting practices? I'm digging (and finding I am good at) implementations, but have kids/can't/won't do 80% travel. Hoping to hear I can stay in the consulting space and not be limited to slalom (no offense, they seem lively, but I like having options).

How long are people being positive with covid for?? I know some people that are symptom free for over 2-3 weeks but still coming back positive?? How is this possible?? Are they contagious? Most jobs suggest if your symptoms free for 10 days then you can go back to work...yet some of these people are still testing positive. Thoughts???

Just here to say I’m so thankful we have this safe space. People who aren’t diagnosed generally have misconceptions about ADHD and its symptoms, and I’m so grateful we have this bowl to seek help, learn from one another, and sometimes just vent! With all the negativity in the world, this bowl is that one ray of sunshine I so desperately need, so thank you everyone for what you have done and what you’ll continue to do!

Hi Fishes,

I'm currently in talk of joining ZS Associates, with ~5 YE from industry (healthcare/life science) and 7+ YE in total. It sounds from the recruiter that it's
more likely to come in as an AC first, not a C unless proven otherwise during the interviews. Should I even consider this opportunity since it might be a 'step-down’ from my current position, and might not look as good in my resume? Is it true levels at ZS are higher than other firms, MBB, B4, T2?
