Any reason to not invest in a Roth IRA as opposed to a 401k? I’m 30 and seems like my tax would likely be higher later on, so roth ira a better route?

I have the opportunity to help shape some of our family benefits - we are a PE firm and have many young people that are starting to have families.

HR also didn't share the mobile number, hence I can't contact her. My LWD is 2nd September. I have another offer from CTS.
