Usually you want to aim for a per head cost. That usually helps consider what level of place and menus/services you are looking at
Had mine at the Carnegie institution for science at 15th and P. Perfect if you're looking to do a DC wedding. We also had around 120 and it was spacious enough yet still had an intimate vibe. Not sure of the price now but it should be under $10k and includes tables. We spent around $35k all in (photog, chairs, catering, booze, photo booth, etc). Can send more info on who we used, just pm me.
Just looked it up, $8200 for a Saturday wedding during peak season. I think that's still a great deal for such an historic building. Can seat the guests in a circle which gives you a great photo op from above and it's different from your standard classroom style seating. Def check it out
City Tavern Club is quite nice
Oxon Hill Manor might be a decent option
RFK Stadium
Look at the ritz in McLean. Also try calling around the nicer places in Georgetown. Went to one at JW in dc was nice and in your budget.
I personally would recommend these two vendors. My wedding is next month and they have both been great so far

We had our Wedding and Reception at the George Washington Masonic National Memorial in Alexandria. Plenty of hotels nearby, free parking, and walk from metro. Our guest were very impressed. For venue alone, it was around 6k in 2015. I am sure it gone up since then.
Budget will be a massive consideration here
Between 30-45K for the whole wedding...new to this (obvi) so not sure if that helps or if you need specific amount to spend on the venue.
Chesapeake Bay Beach Club

If you don’t mind having a destination within driving distance, check out Chanteclaire farm. Lodging is cheap around and the place is lovely and cost efficient. The price includes the ceremony venue, happy hour, linens, decorations, dinner, cake, and dj. They supply the bartenders and you supply the alcohol. For an extra three hundred they’ll even throw in a post wedding bon Fire. Everyone loved the wedding and had a blast. Only thing we added was a photographer and very minimal floral.
We were around 120 and spent around 20k all in.
Whittmore House in Dupont! Gorgeous old mansion right off the circle (and conveniently located next to a great hotel for out of towners). I had 126, $30k total budget. You can bring in outside caterers or they will also cater. I used them - Planning was a breeze and the food was phenomenal.
