I’d like to preface this post with saying I was in a very toxic relationship previously. I went to therapy, healed myself, and now feel I have found someone very healthy. He self reflects, he listens, he’s present, he makes me feel heard (mostly). With all that said, I can’t stop feeling like he’s only giving me the bare minimum. Not sure about aiding in weight loss, but this is my go to -
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup spinach
1 spoon of Greek yogurt (feel free to replace with 1/2 cup milk of your choice)
1 scoop of collagen powder/protein powder
1 scoop chia seeds
Add water as needed for desired consistency
Blend blend blend
ON vanilla flavoured, was previously using double chocolate
Absolutely swear by ka’chava as a meal replacement!! So easy to just shake with water, great ingredients, and no funky aftertaste.

I cut up fresh bananas every week, slice them up and freeze the slices. I then buy frozen sliced strawberries and frozen blueberries. Throw all those in a blender with almond milk, ice cube and i add some flavorless protein powder and it tastes delicious

Banana/frozen berries/frozen mango or fresh alternating + 2 scoop Dyamitize Protein + 2 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp hemp seeds + 1 tbsp chia seeds + 1 tbsp flax seed powder + 2 raw eggs + 1 tsp glutamine + 2 tbsp raisin + 8 almonds + 1 tbsp walnuts. 😭😭😭

Carrot, grape, and apple in a juicer!
I sometimes do a smoothie with a banana, almond milk, double espresso, protein powder and maybe a stevia. Good pre-workout boost. Can mix it up the night before and drink before heading out.

5-6 strawberries
Handful of blueberries
Scoop plant protein
Unsweetened almond milk
Ice
Delicious. You can really sub in any berry depending on what's in season. I also sometimes throw in a tablespoon of nut butter but that'll increase calories. Good luck!
