Audit Manager 1 salary in London?
Why’d you need to stay in an office until 2am, surely if you know it’s going to be a late one you can head home at 5pm and finish off by your bed? I thought covid had made everybody re-evaluate these moronic behaviours.
Your only option is a hostel. No way you can’t get a hotel that low (think the cheapest the travelodge does is £39 and you have book wayyyy in advance on a non refundable rate with many blackout dates).
Other option is to you know, just move closer if you feel it’s an issue.
Or even more crazy, maybe learn to put in somewhat healthy boundaries at work.
Agree with Mck1. A well known app is offering a bed in a Camden hostel for under 20 pounds, in a dormitory for 18 people. You work too hard to settle for that OP. Change some parameters, discuss it openly with your team.
Of course another well-known app has people who may at very short notice share their bedroom with you. Typically requires a degree of energy/engagement that I would not have at 2am.
The only thing that is not socially acceptable is being in the office at 2am dude
There is a hotel chain called ‘Point A’ which have hotels all over London. These are box rooms with no windows / just a bed and small bathroom and start from 60£ per night

Not possible… a hostel maybe?
You will need to spend at least £100 and that’s if you’re lucky. Can be up to £300.
