I have an offer for Tech mahindra with DOJ 5th April.
I have placed a counter offer in march with Tech M .They are doing a salary revision with Joining bonus and they said they are waiting for JB approval. They didn’t send the revised offer letter yet. Do they usually take so long for revised offer letter. I have just a day left.

I tested the waters (currently at $105 base)and got offered a position making $125k base +10% comm up to $500k in atty fees that goes to 15% after half a mil in fees. The work is in first party plaintiff (same field im in now). My boss is desperate. He offered to up my base from 105 to 150 and up my EOY bonus to 10k. 200k base salary guaranteed next year in writing if I stay & named partner. some equity the year after.l if I stay. He is a lunatic though. I’m in south Florida. Thoughts on moving?

Scam artists that appear somewhat legit, but then cracks start to appear in their narratives. In my case, I have a potential client purportedly from Japan who says he said he wanted me to negotiate a P and A to sell industrial storage storage tanks to a business in North America. Now, it’s coming that that business is purportedly an investment firm, with 12 other businesses in a joint venture to purchase the tanks, that wants to send me checks to go into my IOLTA account. Venting… I had a PC reach out last week for services (commercial real estate) who proceeded to tell me that their project is going to make me the “gold standard” , so rich and etc. further they wanted me to send them a plan of everything needed for all the phases of development and an estimated cost. The call completely drained me and rubbed me the wrong way. Then they brought up my age and me being younger, saying it’s an opportunity of a life time. It felt extremely condescending.
