At Deloitte now. laid off last year while on medical leave. Landed a new job with the help of a senior mentor and vouched for me not knowing my medical limitations. I just had to take sick leave again on the first project out of the gate. Dr is recommending 40 hours a week which will not fit the requirements of my director role. I feel like I need to switch roles to a non client facing role to be realistic in my health limitations. How do I make the switch and have the convo with w my mentor?

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. As long as I’m clear about my role is that acceptable?

Has anyone made the switch from a transactional role (corporate, real estate, etc) big law to litigation? Any thoughts on this? Would a clerkship be likely required? Specifically thinking about boutique work more than traditional big law. Not concerned about time to make partner - just trying to find a more fulfilling career and wondering if anyone has made the switch.
Any book recommendations for someone looking to get into a Product Owner / Manager role?

Applied for just a few roles at Salesforce a little over 2 weeks back now with a referral. I saw I’m “in consideration” for 2 roles on the portal and one says “no longer in consideration”. Does it usually take this long to hear from a recruiter for SE roles?

Hoping some 🐠 know health insurance. Working two jobs. Enrolled in a traditional HMO plan with health FSA with Job #1 and enrollment is closed. No changes can be made until next year. Job #2 opened it's annual enrollment and is offering a high deductible health insurance plan with HSA option. Can I enroll in Job #2's plan simultaneously and contribute to the HSA or is Job #1's plan considered "disqualifying health coverage" that prevents me from contributing to the HSA? What is the penalty?
