Firstly this pandemic along with stay at home for long time has caused anxiety in a large number of people. So chances are you are doing normal like rest of us.
I will suggest what i tried and found beneficial, go for a long walk until you are maxed out of energy.
Take 2-3 days off with literally Internet off if you can and if your work permits.
Call some old friends and talk anything non work related
Get some long hours of sleep after doing some weights at home.
Have Confidence in yourselves, this time is shit. It has killed the confidence of people.
Listen to music of your choice or calm meditation music.
Try engaging in cooking some recipe to kill time and disengage from work stress.
