Fellow lawyers with ADHD and other mental health needs, how do you avoid having to constantly cancel appointments due to such an unpredictable work schedule? The therapist I see now has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy and requires me to come in every 30 days in person for my prescriptions, but work things tend to come up unforeseeably and I then have to cancel at the very last minute. Do I talk to my firm about it? Are there providers that allow more flexible cancellations out there?

I have often wondered if being honest when I fill out EEOC / diversity forms if that limits me from new work / promotions. I used to be able to hide my disability, but it is progressive so now it's not as easy to hide. Thoughts?

What should I be reading or researching? First gen lawyer here, always been small firm. I’m at a 2 attorney firm now and was just approached about becoming a partner.
