I’m a 2020 grad. So I’m junior but really looking to go in-house. I may have two offers coming in but I’d like to get a head start on learning/training.

Nice. I sincerely hope that things pan out for you. Will do. You’ll straight up be the first to know.

Following, in the exact same boat. How many years have you been doing L&E lit? I’ve been piling on advice and counseling and transactional stuff in hope to even out my experience.

CLEs are really most useful when you have prior experience to apply those lessons to. If you are green to corp then it depends on what type of corp work you want to do. NVCA docs are a good place to start if you want to get into venture work

In need of some advice… feeling very discouraged. I’m no. 2 in charge and my function and salary is that of a VP (I work for a brick and mortar ASC/physician practice, as well as a telemedicine company). However, we are a small org and don’t use titles like that. I’m trying to move forward and expand into larger healthcare organizations, however I feel I’m being rejected before my resume is even reviewed because of my job title. Any recommendations? Not willing to take a step back

When you test a GL account cause the balance is in-scope. Do you net the untested debits and credits together to determine if acceptably low? Or is it determined by untested debits being below PM and untested credits being below PM?
I have not gotten a consistent answer and seen it both ways in practice.
