Word of advice- don’t try to sell. Work on building relationships and understanding the industry you serve. Buyers can smell a used car salesman a mile away and the last thing you should attempt to be in this line of work is transactional.
The Trusted Advisor is my absolute favorite.
P1 is right. Strong relationships mean clients call you with whatever issues they face ... making it easier to answer a call vs. be digging up revenue from nowhere. One of the keys to strong relationships is being a technical expert in a particular area. The other is keeping it current... follow up and say hello/ do coffee/play golf whatever just because.
To sell is human
Thanks P1, that’s awesome advice
