Prior enlisted looking to commission in the Army Reserves. For those that joined the Reserves during your consulting careers, when was/is the best time to go to training? I’m Have been an RN for three years. I have worked in the prison system for over two years. I recently applied and was offered a job in the ICU/CCU. Which I would love to try this new adventure. I like to look at pros and cons. Pros of the Prison my boss recognizes my hard work, I have great pay, and a great schedule. Cons-there is at times unequal distribution of duties, some bad attitudes with some of the staff. PPE is not always easy access, who knows who. What’s your thoughts?

Having one of those days where little errors are creeping into things. E.g. addressed comments from a client and when sending to the partner for review later, forgot to flag that I didn’t address one of the comments because it was directed to him. He wasn’t happy I didn’t mention the comment in my email with the draft which, also mad at myself for not doing, although I expected him to read the draft and he did. Any tips for slowing down when you’re jumping between 10 matters in a day?
