Perspective. I’m retiring from the service and I’ve positioned myself decently to be competitive. I have a graduate degree pursuing a doctorate, LSSBB, ScrumMaster, SPHR, and PMI-ACP. I’ve been offered two positions that are great and on the human capital team. For someone in this situation where should I be looking as commensurate with my certifications and experience?

With COVID numbers spiking again, we have no plans to return to our office space anytime soon. In 7 months we have not gotten the value of our $35k in rent payments. Recently transitioned from an operations role to Product Manager role.

Got a new opportunity with Infosys as Senior Associate Consultant Banking Domain for 11LPA+1L Joining Bonus.

Now, as I transitioned to PM role, there are tons of opportunities to learn and grow, however, CTC and hikes are meagre.

Whereas, with the new opportunity, CTC is good, but cant figure out what career would be in Infosys and after.
