My confession is that I have seen the medical field change so much over the past 20 years, that it's unrecognizable in both good and bad ways. More people are leaving than staying, and I am worried the quality of care is dwindling. I try not to burden friends and family with some of the things I've seen recently, but the short version is that I'm no longer sure I have faith or trust in it myself.

I’m curious how long people were in the peri menopause phase? I’ve read it’s an average of 4 years but I’m curious what people’s experiences are. I believe I am late stage peri menopausal and my periods have been very irregular for the past 9 months ranging 13-60 days between periods. If anyone has any studies you could point me to, I’d love to see those as well! I’m 40 and my mom entered menopause at 41.

I believe I am depressed and my therapist told me that I am showing signs of depression. I worked very hard to get my current job in July 2021 and currently, I am not liking what I do for work. I also had a hard break up in May 2021. From May - July 2021 I developed eating disorders and I hardly ate one meal a day. Right now, I am on the other extreme. I eat a lot, crave junk food and I don't exercise. As soon as I get done with work at 5, I start binge watching movies/series. Cont.

Hi, I’m 30yrs old and by next week I will be 31yrs old. Got married 2 yrs ago and we have been trying for kids from past 7 months but no luck, we try to have sex almost all 7 days of fertile window. I get my periods regularly, I don’t have thyroid nor PCOD. My Gyn did all test, and everything looks fine, my ovaries, Fallopian tubes , harmonies. I'm really excited. I basically couldn't walk for like a week after I had COVID. Even just laying down hurt. It was like merely existing was excruciating (reminded me of the last 8 weeks or so of pregnancy honestly).

Just joined ey as a manager. How quickly do you expect your managers or seniors to get up to speed on a client that may be a bit complex? I usually as a manager would give people atleast one season. Just wondering what senior managers and partners expect if managers. The client im on is a bit complex and it’s taken me a bit of time to learn. I’ve been on it for about 3 weeks now and just getting the hang of it. The director is pretty kind and said try your best there is a learning curve on this
