I know a wholesaler that won’t upcharge like this commercial shops. DM if you want his info
Both of my close friends got theirs from mervis at tysons corner 2 (galleria)

They are great but also more expensive (like most of these large commercial companies). I recommend going to a smaller non chain or a private wholesaler

I had work done on my wife's engagement ring (heirloom ring), and got her wedding ring at King's Jeweler's in Old Town, had a very positive experience with both.
Buy the stone from somewhere like B2C Jewels. I saved a lot of money by purchasing from them. Then go find a setting at a local jeweler, unless the setting is something simple and in that case B2C has quite a few options.
For an engagement ring I’d recommend having someone refer you to a specific person at the jeweler who they trust and will provide great guidance. At every jeweler there’s that star player who is excellent at walking you through choices and isn’t trying to hustle you.
Gorgeous!!!!😍
