I thought about asking her to come back to public accounting and decided not to because this job sucked so much. I know it is bad, why did I put myself through and made second year audit manager.

Busy szn since October until at least July...help

I gave in my 2 weeks on Friday last week and I thought that it would make me feel better and calmer but now I’m experiencing more anxiety than ever even though I know I made the right decision by leaving. Does anyone have any advice on how to stay calm so I can finish up these last 2 weeks strong? I’ve got so much anxiety that I’m making myself almost puke, it’s so difficult to concentrate on work.

How do I handle a situation where a supervisor questions comes off as she sees me as stupid and is belittling me? In the beginning of week, I was scheduled spilt between her client and another, and she felt I was responsible to tell her. We all have access to the schedule. When on this other client, she wanted to do call. I responded I was at a client, and she was upset and believed I should respond her questions concerning her job. I was in a conversation with a client at the time.

My office has minimum 55s through busy season. My managers decided to up minimum to 65 for no valid reason. My team will happily work hours and demand is there. Am I wrong to think it’s unnecessary?
