I might look for F45 - if it’s your back and knees you probably want to avoid the treadmill [Barry’s, OT] or Rowing [OT, Row House]. what city are you in ?

Cycling should be ok - make sure your setup is solid and avoid standing if it causes pain.

Orange theory, bootcamps, cycling, whatever HIIT classes are on classpass, kickboxing

You can try Zumba if you like to dance

Rumble training (not boxing) - it’s a mix of running and weights

I’m looking for apartments in LA. I was looking at Vinz at Fairfax. Two people are thanking the apartment complex for allowing their autistic friend to live there. Do autistic people have a hard time renting? Sad if so & would appreciate the apartment even more if they’re accommodating to people on the spectrum. One review mentioned it’s a “homeless shelter to autistic” so I didn’t know if it was code for something.

I’m in a relationship that I’d be completely embarrassed to describe out loud and let people know what I was tolerating, but I don’t know how to get out of it and I’m not sure I can do it. I went through a long deep depression and I’m just coming to sort of, and becoming aware of so many things I didn’t have the capacity to deal with for a while. And I know it’s horrible. Former me before depression would have never tolerated this crap or even remotely let it happen. Just wanna sleep again.

I have a weird question/not sure how to describe it, so apologies in advance.

Sometimes I wake up with a sensation in my anus (I think) that feels like a pulled muscle? It’s like a pulling sensation that happens time to time when this happens. It definitely hurts for the 5 seconds it happens. Not sure what’s the cause of this. It happens maybe once every few months.

I developed job burnout after 3 years in a toxic firm environment. I left that firm and started working as an independent contractor at a different firm doing tax compliance. I started noticing myself burning out by the end of the fall tax season last year. I was super anxious and lacked focus.
