Hello peope from Banglore, need some help. Which campus of Mindtree in banglore should i go to ? I have 3 options: a) Mindtree West Campus - Global Village. b) Mindtree East Campus - Whitefiled. c) Mindtree - Manyata. I do not live in Banglore. 6 months ago, I left my abusive ex boyfriend and moved to another town. He had taken out loans to the tune of 5k in my name with Affirm while we were together, he paid them off and I paid him for them. He threatened me if I were to leave, one of the threats was that if I dare left, he would stop paying and I would be held liable for these loans. I froze my credit and alerted Affirm. Now I woke up to an email this morning stating that my credit score had tanked 30 points as he stopped paying.

Working thru a case study for a final round Associate Valuation role - instructions were very vague but it’s basically broken out into 3 parts. First, explain the differences between company X and Y. Second, review their historical financials (last 5 years). Third, compare their historical financials. Looking for advice/recs on how to approach steps 2 and 3. 28F 🐠 here. Found my first gray today. Still freaking out. Me in front of the mirror this morning: “What did you do to me, 2020?!” How old were you when you first came across your first grey? Feeling a bit emotional here.

Is it common for companies to hire licensed attorneys as contracts specialists and require them to be licensed? This is the first I’ve sent this requirement and am surprised.

I kind of hate posting this because I try not to be negative, but does anyone else find it irritating that attorneys in Big Law think anyone who didn’t go to a top tier law school or who is working in a small firm making less that $200,000 must be a terrible, low quality attorney? How do we bridge that distance to get to common ground? Does anyone have good experiences with techniques that helped?

Ok maybe I’m tripping but I don’t think Amy Cooper was 100% in the wrong. If some random guy came up to me and then tried to give my dog random food in a park I’d likely assume the treat was poisoned and feel threatened. Calling the cops was definitely too extra but I think she had a right to be concerned.
