Any recommendations on where to find similar earrings?

Vanguard has multiple retirement funds for different retirement target dates (2025, 2030, etc). Does it make sense to spread my 401k contributions between these funds? Or should I just target 1?

While looking at my company’s benefits guide for next year, my plan choices are between a 6000 deductible w/ no copay til that’s met, or $400 premium (just me, no spouse or dependents). Curious, is it common practice to advise managers *not* to remain in correspondence with a recently terminated employee? An employee was just fired *without* cause (headcount reduction) and has been trying to contact his former manager to stay in touch, etc. The manager has not responded to the employee yet.

I am overwhelmed by the choices for online tools this year. So far, I am using Kami for annotations, google docs for writing, google slides for student presentations, and google forms for quizzes and short answers. What am I missing?
