I just received an offer within the industry and I'm excited to join. That said, they have come in at the bottom of my range (I said $320k when I started talking with them in December, and upgraded that to $350k based on market movements since then) I'm particularly bothered by the clawback on my bonus payments until my LTIP kicks in. Who signs up to be HR? Is it just people who couldn’t get another job or are some people genuinely passionate about it? I just can’t imagine why anyone would want to be a HR person, it sounds like a miserable role.

I have trouble falling asleep every night. My performance has been decreasing due to poor sleep. No energy, motivation, excitement. I’ve tried tea, weed, melatonin. Any suggestions? I watch tv before going to sleep, but even when I don’t, still the same. So turning off, hasn’t helped either. On weekends I’m still exhausted since I tend to naturally wake up early.
