Bain & Company I’m currently prepping for Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company interviews scheduled in the next 2 months. For those that interviewed with both, how would you suggest I tailor my preparation for each one? I understand McKinsey is interviewer led while Bain is the opposite. But other than that, is there anything else I should work on separately for each one?

I read this not too long ago. Hope this helps https://www.accountingseed.com/2021/02/04/5-critical-salesforce-strategies-to-implement-in-2021/
I would just do a quick google search. They push out articles all the time talking about how they operate. I don't know about books though.

There is an increasing amount of research based on rigorously testing strategies within actual companies. I’m curious to learn more, since a lot of “piloting” and plans within orgs/via consulting is less rigorous and so harder to draw conclusions from.
