Any recommended resources / courses to improve my technical skills for moving to PM roles (e.g., to better understand the technical complexity involved in building certain features)?

I'm new to this platform. Brief Intro - A B.A (Tourism and Travel Management) grad from BLR, total 5.8 years of experience in Customer/Client focused Services and Business Development. Working for an Ed-tech as a Business Development Manager. (2+ yrs)
Currently pursuing Product Management course to switch n scale my career.
Would really appreciate any guidance/reference for Internships, or Associate Product Manager roles.

Looking for some advice. Currently just got promoted to senior consultant at a big4 (2.5yoe) and received an offer for a boutique consulting firm. Compensation is 40% more and it seems I’ll have more opportunity for growth at this new company. I want to eventually break into tech so I’m not sure if going to a boutique firm is the right choice. Hoping to hear some of your experiences. Thanks

Thinking of pivoting (in the next few years) from a big4 consulting firm making decent money to something more meaningful (to me) and hands-on but maybe seen as “lower”. I’m willing and able to go back to school or relocate for a new career, and as long as I can pay bills & save some, money isn’t a huge deal to me.

What do you think are the new things to learn in data engineering in Azure platform

As a Data Scientist, I only considered PM as a post-MBA (about to join HSW this fall) career path. But I wonder if I’m limiting my options prematurely? Are there actually any other positions worth considering in tech or elsewhere where one could capitalize their tech background? Does anyone even care about this experience?

My profile is ~7 years in a few FAANGs and decacorns as a product analyst / data scientist / ml engineer. Worked with both engineers and business folks for a while.

What made you decide to quit your PhD and enter industry? Do you have any regrets?

2.5 yrs into career, LTM with T2 M&A practice with 10-15 DDs under my belt.

To break into PE:
1) Continue recruiting for A1 roles from DD heavy T2 shop
2) Take lateral offer from BCG PIPE (would be 3rd consulting role in 2.5 yrs) to get more exposure

May only be in this new ASC role for ~1y (personal circumstances). This would make 3 roles in ~3.5 years ( T2 consulting -> MBB -> buyside) out of undergrad. Long-term want to be entrepreneurial / do early-stage investing (Partner-track at a fund), have clear rationale for previous and future moves.

Trying to determine if transitioning from my current role as a Manger, Strategy for a ~100 person Fintech working directly with the C-Suite to a Senior Product Manager at Amazon would be a lateral, upward, or downward move.
