Practical law has some good stuff. Also search/ask for attorneys you're working with depo transcripts and outline. Methods vary greatly

Change agents, do you think we utilize psychological theory enough when considering how to alter people’s behavior in our jobs? I often feel like it is not considered enough when building strategies unique to organizations and their demographic.

Interested to hear others thoughts. My education is in psychology so not sure if others will feel similarly.

I am an elementary art teacher. I am also in the national guard coming off a recent 2 year deployment my marriage is struggling, my school was unsupportive, and my 3 kids are having issues with me leaving. I took to alcohol for about a year it was a bottle of whiskey per day. I've been sober 4 months now but none of the other issues went away and it gets rough. Sometimes it seems like it would be easier to go back or be gone.

Weighing up a top buy-side offer, but worried about perception on my overall tenure within roles.

May only be in this new ASC role for ~1y (personal circumstances). This would make 3 roles in ~3.5 years ( T2 consulting -> MBB -> buyside) out of undergrad. Long-term want to be entrepreneurial / do early-stage investing (Partner-track at a fund), have clear rationale for previous and future moves.

Is this an issue or am I overthinking? Thoughts?

I am curious to know what works for everyone’s department.

I am expecting an offer going from client coordinator to clinical qa manager. I am struggling to find a market value for this position. This is on Long Island. When looking up qa manager positions I am coming up with 125k-160k, but this would be my first management role and I only make 50k currently. I have no idea what to expect them to offer me and what I should go back with. My company does work for insurance companies. I know it's vague, but hoping for some insight. Thanks!

How do you all take care of things outside of work? The last thing I want to do after being hyper-organized at work is figuring out my budget or retirement plan or scrubbing the bathtub or figuring out what to buy at the grocery or planning a vacation.
