It has been 3 years now I am here. My interest Area is Automation Testing Seleniun with Python. I have no experience to show for it. How can I switch for Customer service domain to IT. I am 29 years old.

How have people dealt with COVID and kids? I got COVID last week and had to keep baby home from daycare. Now they have COVID and have to stay home for at least another week. My husband barely worked last week and I can’t imagine another case week with a baby at home. I’m a C if that helps. I’m so overwhelmed and not sure what to do.

How do people feel about continuing to send money for the war. I 100% support Ukraine but we are providing so much more than the entire EU and we have our own problems at home. I feel for Ukraine but how about using that $40b to fly baby formula here if they are getting stuck on ships. Or programs for the homeless or drug abuse. Why can’t we expect EU to match us and really contribute more given it’s their backyard. We can’t be the bank for all wars.

Hey guys… I’m a case worker in child safety and I’m someone who loves being outdoors/dies at a desk all day. I’m hoping to organise that at least once a week I can go to a cafe and catch up on all my case notes that need to go into the system. So far the only reason I’ve been told no is that “if you do then everyone will want to and then no one will be in the office” … how can I convince them that I work better out of the office and get this freedom & mental break for myself?

My company won't give my designer the art director title she deserves because of the association of the word "director". I've explained to them an AD isn't a director level job like a CD is, but they're just so hung up on the word that they're not budging, saying that her having a title with the word "director" would be confusing for some. FML. But, they've said I could give her any manager level title she wants. What title would you suggest that aligns to AD that I can give her?
