SOS job offer dilemma.

Got an offer for 100k for an “art director” position, creating banner ads and such BUT also part of the job is establishing in house creative agency and building the framework (right now the startup is not charging design fees to client)

How much would this creating in house agency salary should be?!?

I had a really weird interview for Creative Director today.

It’s a small startup. HR interviewed me and asked all the hard hitting questions (how do you get design inspiration, how do you deal with design roadblocks, what sets you apart for this role?) which I thought was odd for a screening interview.

They made some affirmative noises then said the next step would be a design test (one pager) which I would present to a panel of interviewers including the CMO.
Anyone else think this is odd?

The role is very UI focused, am a jr but the role is Mid weight, yet I still got through! Yay
But now I got an email from the interviewer asking for live links of apps and websites that are similar to theirs that I have designed before.. I am stuck... should I decline the interview? I don't have much links to send. And the ones I did were confidential and the ones that are not , are already on my website what should I do?
