Age old question: what are the exit options out of biglaw that provide the same pay?

I have a BHA with my RCA, and CNA. What positions should I apply for at the hospital? Currently took an entry level position with my local hospital to get my foot in the door. I can't transfer for another 6 months.

Hey. Nagarrians, i heard from a friend, people joining recently have been on bench for past 2 months and have not got much project calls.
And a few being given pink slips who dint get project for 3 months + failed any client interview.
Is it true? If somebody dsnt get any allocation in 2-3 months, will he be asked to leave??

Creatives who’ve been in for four years or less. Do you feel like we got into advertising at the worst possible time in history? We all worked crazy hours making banners to hopefully get a shot at one decent book piece a year. Then, we hit mid-level when the pandemic hit and lost an entire year of possible portfolio work. Overall, compared to say, 2008, the amount of interesting/good advertising is down 100000%. The amount of shops doing consistent good work is tiny. Remote is our only solace.

I want to hire 3 software developers and don't care about the location as long as there is a 4h overlap. I was thinking of approaching 3 different recruiting agencies from different locations, so that their talent pool doesn't overlap. I want to do this to speed up the process and pick the best-fit candidates from several locations. The only problem with this is the risk of wasting time with bad local recruiting agencies.

I cannot be the only one with this struggle. Contractors, in this market, where there are a plethora of perm roles available; trying to negotiate increases on their contract assignments with clients. ‘I could be making $10 more perm, so I’d like a raise.’ Yes, you could be making more as a perm employee. Read the room. Happy to have you on billing, but seriously, if the client wanted to pay you more, they would. They’d submit it with the extension or convert you. It seems like a no brainer.
