I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

If you love your daughter, keep her far away from audit.
Oh my gosh. This is her dream tho. Oh no. I admire you all and all the hard work it takes to get to where you are.
I’d go for advisory over tax/audit
Stay away from audit… low pay, long hours.. advisory is a far better option.
KPMG has an open application. She can literally apply to any role that is available across the US. Regardless of where she goes to school. I would recommend she apply and interview for the practice she's interested in. Always in need of tax candidates though.
She also needs to consider her long term career path. Big 4 is a ton of work but it is a great experience and a solid resume builder. It will make her highly marketable in the future if she decides to change jobs. Smaller firms aren’t usually as marketable because they aren’t always as well known.
Hi 👋 Big 4 will set her up so easily for other future opportunities. Sacrafice now at the start of your career to be set up in the future.
Also would like to know if that salary is within the fair market range for cpa out of college
I started in 2020 at 55k so it sounds about right. I’m in lcol area tho
Can someone speak to her offer of 55k though? Obv as a recruiter I’m advising her to close the gap and ask for 60k
55k is about right in Louisville for a regional firm there
