Any recs for bouquet preservation? I want pressed in a frame (not resin). I’ve been looking on Etsy but a lot of options and I’m sick of making decisions- anyone you used and loved would be great to cut out my spiral of comparing online reviews 😊

I used Pressed Floral and it came out beautiful. A bit on the pricey side, though. What is your budget?

AtlantaFlowerPress on Etsy makes a beautiful large floating frame & the shop has great reviews!

Ooh I am going to look this up. I was also looking for a recommendation. Thank you for this.

Hahah Etsy is a bit of a black hole for this one, but another vote for pressed floral!

Thanks all!
Just went with Pressed Floral and excited to see how it comes out! Will report back 😊

I frequently suggest the wedding bouquet shadow box to my clients. Some flowers would retain their shape since it is only semi-pressed. I then have their names or perhaps their wedding monogram printed on the glass. Simple yet sentimental.

Hi Team,

I am currently being offerd a job as Project Manager for a start up company and they are offering me 7.75 LC per annum now. I had a gap of 2 years due to covid but I have 5 years of experience and the last package was 6.5 LC per annum. Hence I would like to have some recommendations whether I should negotiate for more or should accept the offer. And if I negotiate what will be the best package for the job.

Question about changing careers to be a therapist:
I’m in my mid-30s and currently in HR, which I don’t enjoy. I live in a HCOL (Los Angeles) and make about $100k per year currently. I don’t have any kids so I live comfortably on that. I’ve been considering going back to school to become a therapist, and I was recently laid off so I’m thinking about doing it now (instead of finding another HR job and waiting). (Continued…)

Additional Posts in Wedding Planning Bowl

Hi everyone - We are thinking of changing our wedding photographer after unsatisfactory engagement photos and unsatisfactory communication (unresponsive after multiple attempts). We paid a $450 retainer which we know will be not refundable. However, we are not sure about other liability as we read our contract and found these 2 clauses (in comments). Please advise! Definitely not happy with her and would like to switch to another one but also want to make sure we make the right move. Thanks!

I just got engaged and I’m totally lost budget wise. I’ve reached out to a handful of venues who all informed me they have an approx 35k minimum. A lot of these places are all inclusive taking care of food etc. I’m unsure m what 35k minimum would mean for a total wedding budget. I’d LOVE some insight. What were some general costs and what did your wedding end up costing at the end of the day?
