For those that have a full time job and a side startup. How do you manage doing both? I’m in pre-seed stages (<10 employees), and I’ve tried doing separate hours for one and the other. But that is causing slow response times to clients, and causing issues for burnout of the team. Hello All, I recently joined TCS and i was allocated to one project by RMG on Friday but PM is not responding properly (He seems least interested in taking me). He said they will evaluate and confirm if I’m suitable for their project. I do not have any idea about my RMG spoc.
