Any reference to 1 year degree course/program available in USA which helps to be considered as 4 year degree for individuals with Bachelors(3 year) degree from India. This is for immigration GC purpose, to fall into EB2 minimum requirement. Please do share College/University info where the program/course is available.

Was told by a senior associate at midnight not go to sleep until a document came in (he specifically told me not to sleep and wake up every hour to check as I had suggested). I pulled an all nighter waiting for it and it came in next day at 8 am which the senior forwarded to client. How much time should I bill?
