I have a kiddo who is required to do early start for minimum 9 hours a week to be eligible for services. Then they are recommended 25 hours of services per week.. Hi Fishes, I was hired by Optum as Tableau Developer in June 2021. One year passed and I was just doing support and maintenance work on Tableau dashboards (no new development). Now the company wants me to work on Power BI and convert all dashboards into it. I want to make my career in Tableau and I don't want to work on Power BI as I find it hard as compared to Tableau also less interesting. My last company also does the same thing so I left that company within 6 months. Optum
