Any referrals for Associate product manager position in Chennai or remote

Just started a new role in PE IR and feeling really out of my depth. Was headhunted for this role but being one of a few females (probably 30/70 split gender ratio), coming from a non-direct finance background and the youngest on the team by generally 3/4 years with a ton of tenured people, it’s a little overwhelming. Any recs for getting over imposter syndrome and getting up to speed quickly on the specific PE/fundraising/IR terms?

Feeling under-qualified for non-FAANG tech product counsel role. Final interview upcoming. I'm a BigLaw junior and pivoted to data privacy/cybersecurity a year ago. Is this just normal impostor syndrome? Does anyone feel truly *prepared* to go in-house? I have little to no experience advising on product and do mostly incident response, but this seems like a unicorn-level opportunity I can't pass up (great comp, role, and willing to hire me, a junior). Any insight is deeply appreciated.

Pls help with this doubt : I have offer from Mindtree and NTT Data . NTT offering 1.5 L more than the Mindtree ctc as fixed pay plus 2 L variable . Mindtree ctc is inclusive of variable and role is C4 . NTT offer is grade 8 Industry consulting PCon . Yoe 8+ 1. Which one I should accept ? 2.Can I negotiate with Mindtree basis new offer - does it sound okay? 3. If I don’t join any company stating I have another offer will they blacklist in future ? NP in Mindtree 3 months and in NTT 2months

Question about a couple of opportunities that I am considering. 1. A consulting company which is willing to pay me more than the second opportunity but work is going to be based out of Toronto. 2. An insurance company and position is based in Kitchener/Waterloo. Does the extra pay make up for the diff in cost of living between Toronto and KW? Also will higher taxes based on tax brackets offset any advantage? Fyi 200k consulting vs 150-155k insurance. Assume future potential as same. Suggestions?

My role is an individual contributer so they’d be bumping my title and pay with no one really under me still. My boss said I have to be in the role min. 18 months so I could be promoted this year end or mid next year. I can’t get her to give me a concrete answer or smthng tangible I can work towards. I’m capable and I want this promo. How do I go about this?
