Any remedies for a pressure headache that won't go away? I've tried Tylenol, a full night's sleep, and tons of water :(

Anybody knows the changes made to the promotion cycle. Earlier it was end of Q1, Q2 and Q3. What is the cycle now? When does the next cycle begins?

Tylenol doesn't work for me, I use Ibuprofen though it causes acidity for me. Use it with Gaviscon or Zantac or something

Hi fishes good evening. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant. Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All

I took PTO in early Mar and now taking PTO in late May, 1 week each. Am I being unreasonable? Assume there is someone that can handle the workload without me he just has to do 1.5x the work same as I do when he’s gone and the team is being told months in advance.
