Currently working as a process engineer in switzerland (south east). Salarys and Rent are Medium High. Current salary around 80k. Trying to switch to sales (same company). Had a talk with the teamleader. He talked about the job and told me that they were actually looking for a junior sales (and some product management responsibilities ). That they are looking for a junior isn't to bad, because i have no experience in sales (customer contact yes, but no sales) What salary can i expect?

Typical bonus target for a Senior Associate in Goldman AMD Ops in NYC? VP?

Hey folks, i am promoted through techleap .now my fixed pay is 5.25, what will be my total ctc and what will be variable pay now onwards.

Interviewed for a senior position at a company and was told they like me but I was better suited for junior role. If interested they could give me an offer letter right away. Junior role paid significantly less so I countered that if they can give me 10k more I’ll happily take the role. Should I have accepted first then negotiated once offer letter was in hand?

Got my Salary Account in HDFC, not kidding, entering the bank and getting out was mere 20 minutes. That was super cool. Like they say, the first impression of the last impression. No papers nothing, all online. I atleast expected them to ask for a passport size photo, not even that, Awesome experience. Kudos to HDFC.

I work for a CPA firm, 45-50 employees, and we're looking at expanding our benefits package. Right now, we only offer 2 or 3 weeks vacation, 1 week paid sick time, healthcare, 401(k) with profit sharing, and Life/Long-term disability coverage. No dental, no parental leave, no ST disability, no EAP etc.
