I’ve been in the same boat. I’d find a few strategy decks to understand current and future states of transformations. Volunteer for several SAP proposals and get cozy with a manager. You will begin to be exposed to key terms, subject matter experts, the transformation processes, understanding the SOW. You can help them win work. 😀 See if you can get insight on lessons learned on projects and best practices. This will help you become more valuable for the client and your team.

I heard that SAP Press books or SAP learning hub are a good place to start.
SAP Press, SAP learning Hub, your company documentation and courses, connect within the SAP community of your firm, get a mentor, get a working sandbox to run config and processes. That's for the basics. Rest comes with experience.
